Help for Injured Workers and Struggling Bystanders

Linda approaches every situation with a holistic, trauma-informed lens, grounded in confidentiality, respect, and transparency. Each case is treated as unique, with careful attention to the individual’s experience, the impact of harm, and the complexity of navigating systems that often fail to respond appropriately.

Linda conducts a thorough assessment to understand what has occurred, including experiences of bullying, harassment, mobbing, psychological violence, institutional betrayal, and gaps within workplace systems. She supports clients in navigating these complex environments while identifying what is needed to move forward safely and effectively.

Her work includes helping clients organize their case files, navigate duty to accommodate processes, and prepare for safe and sustainable return-to-work plans. She also provides guidance and support when responding to workplace communication, including emails and interviews, and can act as a support person throughout these processes.

Where appropriate, Linda collaborates with treatment providers to ensure alignment and continuity of care.

From there, she works alongside each client to develop a tailored plan that may include advocacy, coaching, education, or trauma counselling. Her approach integrates these services to ensure individuals are properly supported, understood, and equipped with a strategy that reflects their needs, goals, and circumstances.
