ABOUT LINDA

Addressing Workplace Harm

Linda Crockett Consulting is about addressing workplace harm properly, not avoiding it.

I have spent over three decades working with individuals and organizations navigating some of the most complex and damaging workplace situations, including bullying, harassment, mobbing, psychological violence, and institutional betrayal. I have seen what happens when harm is minimized, ignored, or handled by people who are not qualified to do this work.

This is not about taking sides. It is about ensuring that every situation is assessed with the right expertise, that all parties are supported, and that the impact of harm is fully understood and addressed.

Workplace harm is rarely simple. It affects people’s health, identity, confidence, and livelihoods. It is often compounded by gaps within systems and a lack of trauma-informed response. Whether you are an employer, an injured worker, a witness, or someone accused of causing harm, you need a process that is trauma-informed, transparent, and grounded in accountability.

I do not offer surface-level solutions. I assess what is really happening, identify gaps in systems and leadership, and guide organizations and individuals through meaningful intervention, repair, and recovery.

Real psychological safety requires more than policy. It requires leadership that is aligned, accountable, and willing to lead change from the top down.

If harm has occurred, it must be addressed properly. If systems are failing, they must be challenged. And if people are impacted, they deserve qualified support and a path forward.

My work is grounded in a holistic, trauma-informed approach that ensures qualified support for all parties, accountability for repair and recovery, and leadership alignment to drive meaningful, top-down change in psychological safety.
